Frank Plowman Vacation Home, was set up as an extension to its mother company, Frank Plowman Real Estate - in order to provide its ‘clients’ end-to-end solutions, in order to drive a higher quality insurance and return on investment of their properties, bought or rented with us. We are ‘proudly’ an independent, family-run holiday home letting agency that delivers more than just property management and maintenance.

Why Short-term vs Long-term

The best part about Dubai’s real estate market is its diversity, as short term letting has grown exponentially in popularity, offering unique, economical, and appealing places to stay vs traditional accommodations such as hotels. Demand for short-term lets in Dubai growing '10 times faster' than for hotels. In many cities short-term lets are seen as cheaper than local hotels, but Dubai is ranked the fifth most expensive place in the world to rent a holiday home, according to a Bloomberg index last year
